Bottle: Golden with an orangey shee, hazy, some floaties visible, small stable creamy white head; moderate to solid orangey-fruity nose with a detectable grainy-dusty background; moderate to solid sweet flavour, creamy MF, almost full bodied; a little tartness appears in the orangey-fruity finish, some hoppy aromas as well. O.K. ....

Poured a medium, hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas and tastes of yeast, lemons, and spices. Noticeable alcohol. Nothing special.

Bottle sample at Keg Liqour Fest of Ale. Pours a hazy orange hue with an large creamy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Good sour citrus yeasty aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium well balanced spicy flavor with a good sweet finish of moderate duration. Good soft drinkable beer.

Thanks to beastefan2k for sharing this during an impromptu tasting. Very pale golden beer with a thick white head. White pepper and a soft honeyish malt aroma over a nice banana estery sweetness. A bit of peach and a light alcoholic pepper note. Lean maltiness. The flavour is nice, herbal hop flavour on the finish with a nice bitter finish on the back. A nice juicy hoppy flavour on the back. Nice balance. A solid beer.

Bottle, thanks to TheBeerCellar2 for sharing: Lightly hazy pale golden pour has a well-lacing, clingy, clumpy white head. Floral sweet Belgian malty and dry aged hoppy aroma. Starts sweet with some nice Belgian yeasty character and a dry floral earthy finish, with some warming alcoholic complexity. A nice Belgian tripel.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2006 Golden hazed ale with an extra thick white head. Again, the classic coriander and catnip in aroma, with notes of thyme. In mouth, a light and spicey malt, crisp with a tingly mouthfeel, oily character, coriander, orange peels. Rich and smooth. Mondial 2006.
