2nd Rating from 3rd Annual Woodshop tasting in Temple City, CA. 3/1/08. One hell of a day put on by Cquiroga, thanks for a killer day Chris. Also spent the day there with bikesanbeer, my girlfriend Cyn, wetherel, JohnC, DenverLogan, dirty_martini, jasparg, DrBil, IPAFiend, awaisanen and many others, this was one crazy day. This was a 2000 Vintage 750 and it had aged incredibly well. Pours gold with a nice amount of sediment. Nose is sweet and strange and good though I can’t put my finger on what about it. Nose is strong and sweet and really overall tasty.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 TET (685) - FINLAND - DEC 31, 2010
Golden beer with big and blond head. Aroma is complex and exhilarating, lots of fresh fruits, yeast and herbs. Taste is also fruitfull, lots of peppers, herbal dry hops, some warming alcohol and overally taste is quite dry. With yeast flavours are more fruitfull, and peppery is more controlled, also alcohol is disappeared; definedly this beer is better with yeast. Medium bodied with lot of carbonation. Fresh and spicy beer, where herbs and peppers are on the stage, but still fruitness balanced to overall nuancees; tight, but tastefull beer.

Starts out w/ a peachy, rosy scent. Has a heavy white foam that takes a while to dissipate. Has a very nice rosy/fruity taste and a bit of flower in the aftertaste. A very well done beer, and also the 10% alcohol makes it a lot stronger than what’s normally available

Bottle at Monks Cafe. Poured a cloud blond color with a small white head. Was obvious from the first sniff that this beer was very well carbonated, almost champagne like.Interesting hop nose and flavor. Seemingly light but with some nice notes and a nice dry finish/
