3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 beerbuzzmontreal (3490) - Montreal, Quebec, - JAN 8, 2008Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick, frothy, white head. Interesting aroma and flavor of pilsner malt and noble hops with a bitter finish. This feels like a belgian pilsner but I prefer the bohemian pilseners. The body is light and creamy and the carbonation is moderate.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 ClubGonzo (2700) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 17, 2013
Bottle. Pours a pale golden body with a large, yet rapidly fading, foamy white head. Aroma is egg liqueur, faint banana, mild cereals and hints of Belgian ale yeast. Taste is very clean, with mild cereals, slightly sour yeast tones, faint banana and metal in the back. The beer has a bit watery palate (at least for the ABV), high carbonation and an overall impression of not being really that awesome at all.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Vignale (1369) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 8, 2013
Torrare svslutning. Fina smaker men aningen söt.

Clear orange, nice white head. Artificial taste and aroma, like a malt liquor, sweet and alcohol, despite the low abv.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Xstream (98) - - FEB 28, 2013
Where Malheur 12 is one of my favorite beer, this is surprisingly boring. It’s just an ok beer, nothing special about it. Pretty much like a pilsner but twice the price getting a smaller 25 cl in return.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Douberd (629) - NETHERLANDS - FEB 2, 2013
Small bottle of 250 ml, at home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 6%.
Pale orange golden in colour, with a huge three fingers head, white and soapy. Very good retention, no lacing around the glass and very little activity in the glass.
Not much of an aroma actually, some spices, orange peel and yeast, but all of them faint.
On the taste, malty grainess and a fair amount of hops, average bitterness. Too much of the malts flavour if you ask me. As it warms up though, that flavour retreats and others are advancing, like the light citrus flavour for example.
Medium on the body with average carbonation.
Overall, not a bad beer, but nothing exceptional either.

Aroma is somewhat sweet with citrus, some honey and distant floral notes. Flavour has soapy citrus, honey, some spices and yeasty notes. Refreshing & decent.
