20120204 Home (33 cl bottle): A gold yellow coloured beer with nice goor white head. The aorima is not intens, but somewhat malt, alcohol, some bitterhop, fruity/flowers. In the taste a balanced sweet with a upcoming hopbittereness. Also some alcohol, fruit (citrus-like) and flowers (honey-like?). The finish is somewhat dry-bitterness. Good balanced beer.

Bottle and draught, this review is about the draught one: Small white head which changes pretty fast into a thin and staying white lacing on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Smell is light fruity, some yellow fruit, hint of yeast and some hops. Taste is even more fruity than smell: yellow fruit, lemon, yeast, herbs, weed, hops, light citrus and smooth hints of sweets and bitterness. Nice bitter fruity yeasty herby aftertaste. Medium carbo, light tingly mouthfeel, medium to full body and a light creamy texture. Better than some of the bottled versions I have tasted in the past.

Pours a hazy golden amber. Aromas of spice, coriander, yeast, and alcohol. Flavor has an alcohol taste to it, mixed with a nice smokey dark fruit. Also has strong hints of spice and orange.

Tutto molto classico bsa, con aroma molto sweet, e spicy, in bocca la nostra è molto corposa ed ha un bel finale secco e deciso.

330 ml bottle drank at Le St. Bock in Montreal, on October 30, 2010. Misty pale blonde, good head. Malty aroma of citrus, a bit hoppy. Spicy citrus flavor, with malted licorice notes, aftertaste of bitter herb. It’s very good, far from being a Malheur!

The bottle looks okay, the beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts a bit washy, shows sweet-spicy notes, also a bit fruity. More and more soapy. Finish still mild, a bit moldy-grasy. Not bad at all!
