Bottle. Unclear, pale golden body, with a white head. Evident aroma of fruityness, spices, some hops and pale malt, and some alcohol as well. The flavor is quite sweet, with a warming touch of alcohol, fruityness, spices and some cellar. Quite fullbodied, sweet and warming. Nice! (070914)

Orange/golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma is fruity/spicy - mostly the orange citrus fruits. The flavour is sweetish and I recognize the notes from the aroma. The finish is slightly bitter and rather dry.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, some floaties visible, persistent creamy white head; fresh sweetish and tart fruity nose: oranges, orange-peel, lemons and traces of yeast; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; balanced sweet and tart fruity finish with some alcoholic traces. Quite a pleasant brew....
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - APR 26, 2009
(33cl bottle, Malheur 8) Hazy, golden coloured and effervescent hue with a thick blond foamy head. Sweet malty, slightly bready and yeasty aroma with spicy herbal and slightly floral hops. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a pleasant, slightly crispy carbonation. Malt-accented base with herbal spice from the beginning; increasing bitterness by hops and yeasts towards the dry and quite lasting finish with a moderate alcoholic burn. Another good Malheur brew with present hops profile (26.IV.09).
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 JorisPPattyn (7305) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 4, 2003
Draught. This beer is brewed by De Landtsheer to be a draught housebeer for various pubs in Belgium. pale brown coulour with orange hue. Slight white head, lacy. Nutty nose, candi sugar. Bitter-refreshing taste, it's hoppy. Candi-sugar is there, in the background. Reasonably full-bodied. Bitter aftertaste, but not hoppy, more burnt malt. A rather OK brown. It's better than I seem to recall.
