Bottle, thanks to ekstedt. Hazy yellow color, huge ceramy white head. Brady, malty, spicy aroma, some hops, some floral notes. Quite carbonated. Malty, bready flavor, spices, hops, grass, yeast. Lovely to find a great beer that still is rather laid back. Bready and grassy finish.

Bottle: Tankx to Ekstedt: Hazy yellow colour, with a nice big creamy head. Aroma: was yeasty , fruity , werry flowery nose and abit of citrus and bread in the end. Flavor is almost the same, a bit sparkling mouth feeling. Medium to full body and a medium to long fruity finish. This was a great beer endeed!

Bottle. Poured straw yellow in color with a nice white fluffy head. Citrusy barnyard aroma. Coriander peppery notes. Spicy grassy flavor. Lemony notes. Finish is dry. Medium bodied. Very crisp and refreshing. Nice beer.

bottle from thedm and hotstuff - Pours hazy greenish-yellow with a thin head and a citrusy aroma. The flavor is sweet and yeasty with some mild hops. It’s lively on the palate and finishes dry. It’s good, but I didn’t find it as impressive as many ratings here.

Hazy straw yellow color with a fluffy white head. Spicey nose with yeast. Lemon citrus, pepper spice, and a lot of alcohol that blooms in the finish. Not that interesting frankly.

Straw yellow color with a champagne like head. Aroma is plenty of barnyard. Flavor is still pretty hoppy and grassy. some lemon/lime also. Very refreshing.

Saison-like aroma: straw, lemon, grassiness. Pours a pale yellow, slightly cloudy, foamy white head. Smooth and dry. Prune flavours up front. Slight bitterness in the finish.

Big bottle. BB4 01/01/2009. Big pop from the cork. Half pillowy white head, half cloudy, mysterious dark yellow. Doesn’t have the diamonds in the head or the clarity of Deus. Strong Saison-like aroma. Sourness, lemons and dandelions? Flavour starts with banana, followed by salt, flowers, sourness. Banana at the end and a peppery spice finish. Like a high ABV Saison with a cleaner finish.
