75cl pure hapiness. Nice full loaded beer with a nice saturation. Foam is nice white and a stays in the glass for a while. (which is a must for this beer, if you want to empty the bottle in one evening). Aroma contains a dry and fruity scent. Finish is long and that makes this beer so unique.

Bottle from Root Cellar. Poured clear yellow color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sparkling wine, yeast and alcohol aroma. Medium body with a tingly texture and lively carbonation. Medium sparkling sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

8/20/2009: Malheur Brut Reserve... Aroma: Interesting blend of fruity sweet and tart acidity; golden plum. Appearance: Hazy pale lemon yellow color; ample carbonation; large fluffy white head, puffy lacing; swilring with fine sediment. Flavor: Soft fruits and white grape with floral notes, creamy yeastiness in the mid-palate; dry, fruity, and slightly sharp finish; plenty of residual sweetness with a slighly dry finish; opens up a bit more as it breathes. Palate: Medium-light, prickly/tingly on the tongue. Overall: Pretty tasty, but it would be damn hard to put down a full bottle of this on my own. A couple sample-sized glasses is plenty!

1 Pint 9.4 Fl. oz. corked and caged bottle (Alc 11% by Vol; Best before end 088/110) shared by Tmoney99. Thanks Tom! Rating #276 for this beer.

Slightly hazy golden with persistent head. Extremely active, sparkling natural carbonation, just like a good champagne has. Tart, musty white wine aroma with pears and other mellow fruits. A full rounded mouthfeel with mellow fruits, vanilla, coriander. Unique peppery dryness in the finish. Maybe don’t worth that high price, but worth to celebrate any kind of event instead of any other beverage.

75cl bottle from Vinmonopolet :-( This bottle opens with a very load boom and leaved a mark in roof. Pours cloudy yellow with a very large head that stays. Aroma of fresh flowers, citrus and honey. Flavor is much the same and the high abv is very vell hidden. Great beer but way to expencive. 35$ USD here in Norway .....

Pours a cloudy yellow/gold color. Dark fruit, berries, brown sugar, lemon, some grass, and figs. Good beer, I didnt think it stood out in any way though.

750 ml bottle from Liquid Solutions; Best Before 30/06/2008. Lightly hazy yellow with a huge (3 fingers) pale yellow head that lasted a long time and laced keavily. Nose of yeast, light tartness, corriander, and golden raisins. Flavor is a touch of lemon, lots of yeast, a touch of honey and bubblegum without any really noticeable alcohol. My Rating #2500! Not really worth the $27.99 plus shipping!
