Finish is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, heavily bitter.
Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic.
Full flavored, dry finish, interesting creamy texture, somewhat tongue-coating (almost in the same way some ginseng beers have been). Kinda Duvel-like, but yeastier. Enjoyable, but not phenomenal.
