(Bottle 75 cl) The colour of acacia honey Tina claims, adding that she’s got a bracelet the same colour. Well, so be it: this is acacia honey coloured. Tall bubbly and very full head. Loads of floating impurities. Sweetish with pronounced notes of yeast and a solid hoppiness to level things out. Produced by the "méthode champenoise". 190305

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a white head. Sweet sour spicy yeasty aroma and a sweet sour sparkeling dry malty citrus taste. Medium to full body and a light sweet finish.

Very large, white head over a yellow/gold brew. Aromas of citrus, spice, yeast, and hops. Flavor is citrus, spice, some hops, and yeast. Medium body is rather creamy. Very good, if not terribly unique. Thanks to BeanDip for this one.

Head is initially huge, frothy, white, fully lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (lemon, flowers), moderately yeasty (dough, cobwebs, mold), with notes of mint and alcohol. Flavor is heavily sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Finish is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, heavily bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Full flavored, dry finish, interesting creamy texture, somewhat tongue-coating (almost in the same way some ginseng beers have been). Kinda Duvel-like, but yeastier. Enjoyable, but not phenomenal.
