750 ml bottle shared with minderbender and czar : thanks guys. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a resilient white head. Smells spicy. Tastes very sweet, spicy. Yeast, pepper, tropical fruits (mango, pear, orange), and a touch of mint. Very sharp bitterness. Leaves a lingering humidity taste. Medium bodied, creamy, frothy mouthfeel. Strong carbonation. Incredible beer.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2012 Bottle 750ml. Thx Bièropholie Pours hazy blond with high white head. Intense lacing. Aroma is of funk, candy, hops, malt. Taste is of candy, citrus, tropical fruits, funk. Overall: Very good, impressive candy features, but still easily drinkable (to a certain degree).

bottle shared with VT and minderbinder: thanks. relatively clear bright golden - orange tint, with a towering white head, excellent retention and lacing. light toasted malts, herbs and spices, dry-hopping, light acidity and oxidation going on in there, candi - some sweetness, never cloying. funky yeast, tropicalness. lively - champagne-like, light to medium body - oily, very nice herbal-citrusy finish. abv well hidden. excellent.

Golden yellow colour dense head. Fine bubbles. Aroma has lemon grass , fresh. Tastes fresh with a nice bitterness, fizzling. Nice aftertaste.

Bouteille de 750ml bue en compagnie de Patrick. Bière dorée avec une mousse blanche durable. Le nez est extrêmement sucré, le malt et l’alcool domine. La bouche est tout aussi sucrée, à la limite écœurant à la première gorgée. L’alcool chauffe à chaque gorgée. C’est une bière brut donc elle devrait être sèche. Cette bière est trop puissante, chaude et sucrée pour être buvable.

slick and full of flavor, one could just about discern anything in this brew there is so much going on. quickly dissapating head the brew is full of different fruit that morphs to an off leathery taste. different kinds of sweetness as well. there is a fruity sweetness as well as a honey or even agave type of sweetness that is demonstrative indeed. kind of a happy golden green grape brown tea, almost toxic looking if it didnt taste so good.

Une bouteille de 75 cl partagée avec Yan. Une belle robe dorée qui est finemenent traversée par des millions de particules. Une tête blanche quasi indestructible qui laisse une dentelle en morceaux. Un nez qui étonne par sa lourdeur sucrée. La rencontre entre le sucre candi et le miel. Une présence fruitée avec du citron et des fruits jaunes. Des saveurs beaucoup trop appuyées par la douceur. Beaucoup de sucre encore une fois et très peu de place pour autre chose. Une bouche assez forte avec une effervescence champenoise. Une texture passablement huileuse. Une finale modérément sucrée vitement chauffée par un alcool qui était jusqu’ici complètement caché.

750 ml bottle - pours deep golden with a soapy white head. Aroma is yeast, some metal, some honey, herbal. Full body with lots of sweet bitterness. Finish is somewhat bitter, but lots of alcohol heat as well. Taste is malty. Typical oversweet Malheur beer....

One of many brews for the World Cup Gala - Golden in color, hazy with a thick white head. Super tasty strong ale. Big Belgian yeast aroma and flavor. Lots of champagne like qualities.

Bottle opened May 2012, expiry date 2006. AROMA: bit of citrus, then dough, bread, hay, finishes with a hints of champagne due to alcohol? APPEARANCE: golden, clear, frothy, white foam, TASTE: medium bitterness, lightly sour, PALATE: incredibly full body, creamy but light almost foam, fizzy, astringent, long finish OVERALL: fantastic beer, the best body combined with many yeast and hops aromas makes this a very good beer.
