750 ml bottle. Slightly hazy, pale golden body with a creamy off-white head. The carbonation is intensively and small bobbled like champagne. Aroma is mild malty, citric fruity, hops and floral yeasty. Flavor is sweet and dry, light malty, a hint of honey, bread, flowers, acid fruit, yeast and more. It’s simply amazing how this beer can be this light and refreshing and at the same time so complex with so many flavor that I have problems to describe them. The body is light and refreshing with a big complexity. Alcohol is almost totally hidden. Fantastic.

Hazy, pale yellow colour. Aroma has sherry, wood, citrus and sultanas. Low carbonation, rich but light texture. This beer almost evaporates on the roof of the mouth. Flavour is very citrusy and has the sticky sweetness of candied dried fruits.

Bottle. Golden beer with an off-white head. Dusty, bready aroma with yeast and light fruitiness. Yeasty flavor with light summer fruits and some breadiness. Very mellow. Medium bodied. Bread and yeast lingers with some light fruit. Creamy mouthfeel. Subtle.

Bottle at ’Cole’s Rare Beer Fest’, Buffalo, NY. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a long lasting frothy white head and good lacing. Nice yeasty aroma, biscuity and floral too along with some citrus fruit. Flavour’s sweet and yeasty, quite bretty along with fruit and light hops and spices in the finish -- tastes great! Refreshing! Alcohol’s well hidden. Good body for the style, well carbonated. Fantastic stuff!

Bottle at Cole’s Rare Beer Fest, Buffalo. Strong yeasty aroma with some alcohol and lemon. Strong taste - sweet, yeasty, great lemon in finish. No alcohol at all in taste - dangerous. Well carbonated and with this lineup of heavy hitters, it was refreshing! A very good strong Belgian Blonde.
