Pours a nice murky lemon yellow with a fizzy (surprise) off-white head. Big aromas of citrus, jasmine, and a wheat-like sourness. Vanilla and cardamom with a bit of honey-sweetness up front with alcohol and a bit of floral hops in the middle. Medium body, nice drying finish. A really great beer that isn’t relying on the Methode as a gimmick.

Pale cloudy yellow with a fizzy full white head. Has a citrusy and sour aroma. Odd complex flavor, too. There’s citrus, mostly lemon, and sweet pale malt. i’m sure the oddness is due to the wild yeasts favored for Belgian ales. The high ABV comes through, but not assertively considering the 11%.

Pours an extremely effervescent, cloudy pale gold, with a huge, frothy, well-sustained head - light yeast and mustiness in the aroma, with moderate pils malt character, spicy hops, white grapes, even a slight earthy funkiness to it - nice and tingly in the mouth - a little bit of honey sweetness at first, but this is mostly dry, and quite peppery/spicy, with a rather strong hop profile - pear, apple and melon rind through the middle - gets quite earthy/rustic near the end, with a very mild funkiness which I normally associate with higher quality euro-made saisons - in fact, aside from the strength, this is much like a saison - the pear character gets a lot stronger as it warms - the alcohol is present and warming, but never overpowering - this is an outstanding beer.

750 ml bottle. A younger brother to Deus, this one was more like beer than champagne. Dry and hoppy, malts throughout. Might get more complex with a few years in storage.

Quite carbonated. Cloudy pale yellow color with a tall white head. Aroma of fruit-pear, banana with a sweet flavor of citrus, wheat, and soem hops. Exceptional!

Bottled 750ml. -While opening the bottle I have managed to cut my finger on broken bottle neck...Excellant... Huge head that was gushing from the bottle for few minutes. Light hoppy, yeasty and fruity with moderate carbonation, alcohol is noticable. My third beer brut and Deus is still my favorite.

750ml Gold Foil Caged/Corked Poured into a chalice a very nice cloudy golden pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, very nice two-finger plus creamy/foamy white head, with tons of nice sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty with some yeast, spices, nice notes of grapes, pineapple. The taste is very nice, malts/yeast, spices, grapes/pineapple. Medium body, the finish is slightly dry/bitter, the alcohol is hidden very well. Very drinkable, this is a nice one. Thanks Anthony.

Hazy golden color with a taller off-white head. Fruity nose, with apricots and raisins. I catch a hint of menthol as well. Light pleasant pale malt start that leads to fruit and honey. A touch of esters show the strength. A hefty triple with the champagne yeast to lift a boost. The Lust surprised us and blew this one out of the water. Still a nice strong blond Belgian.
