A clear yellow beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is lovely; sweet, citrus, nuts, and peach. The flavor is very dry, fresh, and very carbonated. It has some notes of caramel and a dry hoppy yet sweet aftertaste, that lingers for a long time.

(Bottle 75 cl) The colour of acacia honey Tina claims, adding that she’s got a bracelet the same colour. Well, so be it: this is acacia honey coloured. Tall bubbly and very full head. Loads of floating impurities. Sweetish with pronounced notes of yeast and a solid hoppiness to level things out. Produced by the "méthode champenoise". 190305

Pale orange and hazy with rich creamy head. Big apricot aroma. Full bodied, sparkling mouthfeel (yes, champagne like). Sweet and bitter finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours unfiltered golden yellow with a huge slight off-white head. Aroma is flowery and slight yeasty. Mouthfeel is soft and light to medium bodied. Flavour is sweet and fruity but has a disinct caramel malt base. Alcohol extremely well hidden. Reminds me about Malheur 10, just with maltbase.

Malty, acidic, sharp aroma. Dark golden colour, slightly cloudy, a lot of residue. Semi-sweet, hop-aromatic flavour.
