| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jan 1, 2006 Licking the sharp, rocky islands of foam remaining on the sides of the glass, you will receive a bitter, herbal, leafy, yeasty set of flavors that fully encapsulates Belgian brewing. A monster of a dry, bone-dry, yeasty, complex beer, with raging naturalness in the form of honest to goodness bitterness. A tiny bit of honey washes in to relieve you. The aroma is all grass and hay. Delicious. Truly. Enjoyit (1785), Vadum, Denmark

Hazy yellow color, big foamy and lasting white head. Aroma is fruity with citric, yeast and all that Belgian stuff. Flavor is fruity, malty, moderate sweetness wtih warm alcohol and a dry finish. Fine carbonation. Very nice, but a bit short. The cork did the champagne-job all the way to the roof, and luckily didn´t hit anyones head one it´s way down. daniele (1756), Italy

Smells like moldy vegetables, eggplant and beets. Carbonated. Has a funky flavor to it revolving around the same vegetable taste and yeast. Pizza Port Belgian fest.
