Great looking beer. Slightly cloudy, bright orangey. Huge, thick white head. High octane like aroma brutall in any sense. Such combination of softness and strength of alcohol is possible?! Sweet yes, alcoholic yes, drinkable YES. Well done...YES.

Mine was 11%ABV. Very big and lasting head. Nice aroma. Strong and sweet flavour. A funny and different beer.

Very explosive. Huge, huge head. Very interesting. Could easyly be champagne, however the flavor still tastes of some hoppy bitterness.

Golden pour with a sizable white head. Yeasty, earthy nose. Reminiscent of fresh cut grass.Very light on the tongue with a champagne like effervescence.Very nice brew with a little spiciness behind a bready/biscuity profile. Hides the abv expertly.

I was really impressed with this one, and less so with the dark brut. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Sharp citrus pith in the aroma. Relatively dry. Apricot. A bit spicy. Straw malt.

Saison-like aroma: straw, lemon, grassiness. Pours a pale yellow, slightly cloudy, foamy white head. Smooth and dry. Prune flavours up front. Slight bitterness in the finish.

Poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of skunk, cellar, citrus fruits, tangerine, apricot, spices, and hay. Taste of toffee, toast, grass, a bit more skunk, white pepper, some alcohol, and a dry, spritzy finish.

(750ml bottle, BB 15-06-2006) Pours a cloudy orange body with a frothy white head. Aroma of mustiness, orange peel, and chardonnay grapes. Flavor of malt, light citrus, spicy yeast, hops, and toffee with a soft mouthfeel and dry, somewhat bitter finish.
