Bottled. Aroma has yeast, flowers, some cheese. Clear, yellow coloured with a lot of bubbles and a nice white head. Taste is sweet, some bitterness, has some flowers, fruits and yeast. Bit cheesy. Medium bodied. Sparkling mouthfeel. Okay.

[1163-20080301] Bottle. Creamed corn aroma has a bit of flower and yeast. Clear, yellow body with quick white bubbles. Yeast flavour has a bit of veggie corn. Medium body is effervescent. Repeatable and mild but not assertive. (Dude tending the taps was starting to recognize my repeat visits to collect all five bevs at their booth...)

Tasting notes from new year’s eve 2005. Golden with a huge head. Fruity aroma (orange and banana) with some flowers and yeast. Sweet, slightly acid and spicy with alcohol. It was majorly dissapointing and reminded me more of a normal triple than a brut.

2008-03-01. Lightly hazy bright pee yellow body with a fast fading white head. Very floral aroma, lightly sweet, with increasing fruit notes as it warms. Sweet floral flavour, pale malt with light citrus occasionally making an appearance in the finish. Average palate. Quite nice actually.

Sampled at ZBF 2008. Slightly hazy golden. Fruity, berry aroma and flavour; raspberries, apricots ans some toffee.. Champagne-ish carbonation. Pretty dry bitterness.
