On bottle from Vinmonopolet Norway( on order). Golden color , good foam- slow gusher with sediments. Aromas of fruits, orange, some floral notes & very good yeast influence . Medium/ full body & complexity. Some sweetness- very well balanced. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fles van 2009. fijn witte schuimkraag, verdwijnt snel. Gouden kleur. Aroma van citrus, vlierbloesem. Zacht parelend in de mond. Absoluut geen bitterheid, beetje zoet en zeer fris. Maar uiteindelijk had ik iets meer complexiteit verwacht.

From bottle at a tasting at Bar & Cigar. Clear golden with a large, fluffy, white head. Quite yeasty aroma with lots of fruits and berries, malt and just a hint of spices. Moderate sweet with nice carbonation. Moderate sweet with a surprisingly dry finish. Easy to drink and very refreshing. Nice one!

750 ml bottle - taken from notes/ Pours clear hay yellow with a nice fine head. Aroma is yeast and malt, let it be refined. Taste is very mediocre, not tastign the special champagne character. Kind of dissapointing; lots ado about nothin i.e. lots of marketing for no taste... and expensive for what it is. Hate it!

Pours clear golden color with a medium sized head. Aroma of spices, citrus fruits, some toffee notes, caramelly malts and some yeast. Flavor of citrus fruits, ripe fruit notes, spices, yeast and some earth. Very nice but somewhat disappointing.

Bottle. Aged around six years. Thanks to Kyoto Lefty. Yeast, lemony, funky aroma. Hazy yellow color with a very thin head. Mild citrusy initial / goes a bit flat in mid palate, flavors diminish / levels out into a light sugary final. Thin body. Tin body. Slight oxidation. Nice stuff.

Bottled, 4 years past drink by date. Honey malt nose, some oxidation, peaches, esters, sweet orange, creamy. Lots of hoeny in the flavor, mead-like really. Light tangy barnyard flavors as well. Interesting and nice but not as good as the other two.

Bottle from Belgianshop. Hazy orange color, white head. Crispy bitter taste with toast, citrus, earthy notes, ripe fruits, yeast and grapefruit. Dry bitter finish with toast. Nice experimental brew, very much like sparkling wine.

75 cl bottle @ Poatersgat, Bruges. Rated on 17.07.2010
Aroma has some apricot, boozy and floral notes. Flavour has apricot, citrus, Belgian yeast, sticky malt and some fruity notes. Good, but still a disappointment in Malheur Brut series.
