Bottle. Pours a very clear and bright gold with a shallow, off-white head. Nose is apple, floral, and an odd vegetal note. Saccharine and medicinal on the front of the tongue; there’s a cheap gin overtone that’s not very pleasant. Finish is muddy and overly sweet. Not good.

Poured from a 330cl bottle into a pint glass Aroma- Has a nice mix of malt, hop and floral presence. Appearance- It is a very nice looking murky golden yellow color with a white head. Taste- a lightly sweet flavor with a medium bitter aftertaste. Palate- a medium bodied brew with light carbonation Overall- a very enjoyable beer, my first craft beer from Israel, it did not disappoint.

(33 cl bottle courtesy of my colleague Lukas, big thanks!; BBD: November 2014) Pours a hazy golden with one finger, white head that fades leaving a little lace. Poor regeneration. Aroma has notes of honey, spice and yeast. Oily texture, medium body and carbonation and a markedly bitter finish. Flavour basically follows the nose with marked sweetness upfront followed by a well balanced but distinct bitterness. Decent.

Bottle 330ml. Slightly hazy light copper with lots of bubbles, quickly diminishing off-white head. Malty aroma, honey, biscuit, fruity (pear, peach). The taste is as the nose, grainy, moderate sweetness and bitterness, quite balanced. Medium carbonation. Light body. Sweetish aftertaste. Very drinkable.

11.2 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden with short lived white head. Aroma is of floral hops, bready malt, hay and ripe fruit. Body is medium and crisp. Floral hops, bready malt, spicy yeast, grain and some fruit fill the mouth. Finish is medium and semi-dry. Good brew, but overpriced.

Bottle 330ml, pours light golden, with yeast residue, head is short, foamy and cream colored. Aroma is nice: fruits and malts, but is short living. Mouth feel is watery, with almost no carbonation and some bitter-crisp tanginess. Flavor is mostly bitter, with noticeable malty sweetness that balances it nicely. Strong malt, herbal bitterness. Some caramel and medicinal notes, slight alcohol and roasted notes. After taste is long, slightly stick and mostly bitter, with some more malt. OKish, nicely bitter-sweet, and not too boring. Very crisp, but could use more lively carbonation. Drink cold. Great for a hot day or along a summer time launch.
