[Thanks to tomer]. Bottle. Black colour with a foamy beige head with good duration. Aroma has notes of roasted notes, light cocoa, and coffee. Flavor is roasty, some licorice and coffee beans notes, slightly wood and ashes. The final is mild bittery with strong coffee and roasty presence on palate.

Poured into pint glass from bottle. Pours a wonderful black. Small dark tan head. Thick lacing. Aroma was of roasted malt, basement. I did not get the coffee others picked up. I also saw a lower co2 than others. Bottom of bottle was thick in yeast. A bitter taste, medium. I picked up roasted malt, oats, with a long coffee, alcohol finish. Body was full, texture was oily. Nice very suprising and enjoyable. Good effort.

Jabic (420) - Brigantine, New Jersey, USA - DEC 6, 2013
Ar: Sharp roasted malt, char - some burnt coffee, and cocoa powder. Ap: Dark brown, opaque - small mocha head with medium-low retention - leaves a thing ring of foam with a film of bubbles. T: Lots of charcoal and burnt coffee up front, and semi-sweet - medium-high bitterness with a herbal note - cocoa powder and coffee on the finish. P: Medium body with high carbonation - finish is dry. O: Tasty dry Irish stout - very true to style, bold and sharply roasty without becoming acrid, and a firm bitterness.

12 oz. bottle, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of oats, light roast, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour brings out oats, metallic notes, and light roast. Quite full-flavoured, if not a bit thin on the mouthfeel. Solid stuff.

11.2 oz bottle poured into a snifter. Poured a dark brown almost black. Whisp of head. Smell of coffee, toasted nuts and chocolate. Flavor was toasted almond, chocolate and accents of espresso. Mouthfeel was smooth and incredibly.dry. felt like a paper towel was stuck to my tongue. Overall pretty decent

@ Eddan: absolut ingen doft. Smaken är ganska tunn med kanske några små arrak-toner men då är jag snäll. Detta är inget att hänga sig upp på. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
