Draught sample, small creamy head, deep brown colour with some deep red taints, strong aroma of charred wood with nuts and fresh cut wood coming later, flavour of plums, dark cherries, dreid apricots and some dark chocolate in the back, medium rmpathic bitterness but not too strong. Nice and a bit different.

Bottle sample at Beers 2013 expo in Tel Aviv. Pours reddish dark brown, somewhat opaque with a nice tan head. Sweet aroma, some warm spices sich as cinnamon and nutmeg, a little bit caramel. Sweet however a little dry and alcoholic. Heavy body, smooth, delicate carbonation.

Draught sample at "Beers 2013". Dark brown-colored, black "Turkish" coffee-like. Aroma of dark malts, chocolate, a bit of coffee, dark fruits, a bit of candies and a hint of diacetyl. Bitter and slightly sweet flavor, somewhat roasty, with some coffee, some dark fruits notes, nice bitter hops and a bit of alcohol. Medium-full-bodied. Nice.
