A crisp refreshing bitter with a hint of honey and citrus flavour.
Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, honey. Challenger & Pioneer hops. Dry hopped with Pioneer. OG 1039.

Cask at Fellows,Morton,Clayton, Nottingham. Light amber/yellow body, creamy white head, a great looking pint. Fairly faint aroma, little bit citrus. Tastes more bitterish than it looks.

Bottle conditioned. Hazy straw gold. Good white head and moderate condition. Complex and confusing mix of aromas, starts with chocolate, then some yeastiness and finally settles on cheap scotch whisky. Whisky comes back in the mouth, along with a bitterness that seems more yeast than hop. Becomes chalky and dry in the aftertaste.
