A frothy dirty white head. strong bitter orange with a hint of lemon. A lingering bitterness once the hop marmalade dissipates . Pleasant amarillo but there a lot more interesting single hop amarillo.

Cask Southampton Arms. Pint; thanks to Giancarlo! WOW this is awesome! Great white lacing. Nice golden colour. Great hoppy nose. Nice soft biscuit malt structure. So damn clean. No crystal. So juicy. Succulent and juicy. Lemon. Great flavour. Amazing for a cask ale of such low abv. Perfectly well-made! Stunning!

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 26 Nov 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with tropical fruit, citrus, orange, resin and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, orange peel and a generous grassy/citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a good hop character. Nice one.

Pint from cask. Golden appearance slightly off perfectly bright. Good head retention. Nose is dominated by the single hop. Slightly medicinal, touch of banana. Taste is biscuity followed by bitterness and orange peel. Very characterful, slightly let down by the aroma. Would definitely try again.
