Our multi-award winning single hopped beer! A very pale ale, brewed using Citra hops. Amazing grapefruit and light mango nose, bitter hoppy citrus taste, with a bitter grapefruit and light passion fruit finish.

Big aroma of peach and mostly mango. Tastes of only mild citrussy hops, and lots of swimmingpool. Some pleasant bitter hop finish. Spoilt by the swimming pool.

Cask @ CPK. Light golden color with a small bubbly white head. The nose is quite sweet, fresh mango and orchard fruits. Some peach. Honey. The taste is syruppy peach and apricot. Some grapefruit and crunchy nut cereal sweetness. Light body. Not bad!

Nice aroma of grapefruit, pours a hazy golden brown with a decent head. NIce carbonation, nice bitterness of the citrus, decent stuff, just lacking that little extra flavour to make it really decent.

Great Golden Ale. I love the hops, the citrus hits through really nicely. Could drink this all day if there was a little less effervescence, though it does match the brew nicely.

bottle at The Danish Invasion tasting ...golden yellow ... thin white head ... soapy grapefruit ... light bitter front ... dull light toffee ... some dried mango ... this is just lacking a little life ... might have been better fresher

500ml bottle. Clear-to-misting yellow gold with a fine cap of froth. Lime, mango, pineapple and green stems aroma. Soft and full with a fine- moussed mouthfeel; notes of mango, lemon zest and flowers and a robust bitter hop and husky malt finish. Predictably excellent.

500ml bottle- no. 16 in the Now That’s What I Call Hops series. Pale and dusted with fine bits in suspension and a low wisp of suds. Straight fruit salad aroma: red grape, Galia melon, pineapple chunks, Gala apple. Wriggle of shaggy pub dog and Pimms-with-mint leafiness as it warms. Flavour a slightly diluted version of the aroma, with added peach, elderflower, quinine and dunked rich tea. Very, very bitter..tonic water is not an exaggeration- virtually no malt softness to fall back on whatsover, just relentless, scouring, stripped to the bone bitterness. Hints of pollen and petals, but too much would be girly. A delightful, thickly-accented, slightly perfumed punch in the face- if there was a button I could press to deliver the first 15 beers in the series to my door I’d press it.

Brilliant nose- mango, sharp grapefruit, girly shampoo. Very pale with a slight haze and reasonable lacing. Very pleasant for percentage. Getting a slight hint of sulphur though. Really pithy.
