COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special. Also available bottle conditioned (at 4.7%).
Another of our dual hopped beers, this time using Galaxy for bittering and Cascade for aroma. Pale blonde with a lovely citrus fruity hop nose, a bitter tart citrus hop taste and a good, slightly dry tart finish.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a fluffy white foam. Aromas are clean grapefruit with sharp lemon and spritzy yeast. Woody with nettle and mint. Some marmalade with floral, green pine. Flavours are bittersweet lemon with pithy grapefruit and green piney notes. Yeasty with underlying sweet lemon and low toasted malts. Very dry and peppery to finish. Good stuff.

Hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is light and crispy and dry. Bitterish grapefruit and pith with a little fresh orange. Minerals. Trace of something tropical and mercifully just a very light touch of that Mallinsons soap. Semi crisp finish with a medium bitter linger. Pretty good!
