Bottle 50cl, bought on line. A very hopy nose with citrus notes. Aroma is quite watery, resin like, slightly honey like, pleasant beer easy drinking, whole aroma is on hops character.

Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured slightly pale and hoppy citrus flavour with a little dryness in a crisp and bitter malt finish.

(Cask at New Oxford, Salford, 25 July 2009) Golden colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity nose with citrus, grass and fresh hops. Fruity taste with notes of mandarin, lemon and grass. Refreshing and summery with a light malt character and balanced sweetness. Nice one.

Cask Conditioned Handpump Malt Shovel Northampton. A light gold coloured beer with a white head and lacing. The aroma is hoppy with grapefruit citrus notes. The taste is hoppy to with a hint of spice. The citrus is fairly sharp and verging on harsh. It’s a decent beer but just needs a bit more malt backbone.

Pours clear, pale golden with a small, film white head. Aroma has honey, grassy and citric hops on top of bready malts. Soft carbonation, good dry mouthfeel. Flavour is piney, lots of grassy bitterness with some lemony zest to it.

Sweet honey malt aroma with lemony citrus hops. Nearly clear dark yellow with nothing on top. Transcendent, assertive bitterness in the flavour. Also apricot and and pine, weak malt.. Light body, moderate carbonation, moderately bitter finish that’s crisp.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
