Pale blonde, with a light aroma, a bitter lightly fruity lightly citrus taste, and a bitter long finish.

Cask at Battersea Beer Festival, 9th Feb 2011. Golden amber with a bit of a bubbly head. Exceptionally quaffable with a great hoppy nose and taste. Surprisingly excellent golden beer.

Cask (handpump) at Battersea Beer Festival on 10 February 2011. Nearly missed this as the few beers on handpump were distributed willy-nilly around the bar and not, like the gravity beers, in alphabetical order. Gold in colour. Modest condition. Firm mineral hop mouthfeel. Not the most hoppy Mallinsons but pretty decent. Some biscuity malt.
