COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed to celebrate our 333rd gyle using three addition of Nelson Sauvin hops. Described as "Pale gold with a light hop aroma, a bitter lightly grapefruit citrus taste, and a good bitter finish"

Cask at Craft Beer Co on 24th September 2011. Hazy amber with decaying off-white head and patchy lacing. Light hoppy aroma. Grapefruit liquid somewhat marred by a less-than-welcome TCP note. Aggressively bitter finish on light mouthfeel.

On tap at Craft Beer. Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Light semi dry palate. Very mild minerals. Some ephemeral citrussy hop. Sweeter citrus coming in before a semi dry finish. Refreshing if something of a ’fresh air’ beer.

Cask at Craft Beer Co., London. Pours clear gold witha white, foamy head. Fresh hop nose, zesty lemon and citrus rind. Light sweet flavor, plenty of pithy citrus, light grass and pine. Crunchy straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Dry, pithy citrus finish, mild sugars, hay. Lingering bitterness. NIce.
