Bottle 50cl. @ Chris O’s Night of the Gaylords.
Unclear light to medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, spicy, moderate yeasty, overriped fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel, elderflowers, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, over ripe fruits, and a bit of yeast, leading to a sweet alcoholic finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a cloudy amber with a small rough white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty with loads of phenols also. Rather solid body, a little low in carbonation, lots of syrupy fruit and horribly phenollic and yeasty. The finish is harsh, astringent and very alcoholic. Not so pleasant. 230310

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Clear amber colour, small beige cream head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, some alcohol and mild notes of spices. Flavour is alcohol, raisins, fruits, spices and some mild earth. Rather sweet. I lack the yeast that makes the beer hazy.

Bottled. Cloudy amber, minimal head. Bold almondy yeasty aroma. Sweet and full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with some plum brandy. Warming finish with low bitterness. More power than finesse.

TBone (9435) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 29, 2009
Bottled (Arkadia)
Dark copper-amber color, small off-white head. Mild caramel and sahti-like juniper in the nose. Medium to full bodied. Quite warming with alcohol. Spicey (juniper, clove), yeast and caramelly sweetness. This is an interesting brew. Maybe slightly too sweet, but ... interesting.

Bottle, thx to fonefan. It’s a clear, golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. Intensly alcoholic, honey-ish aroma, sort of like a bad mead. Malts and fruits too, but the alcohol is ever-present. The aroma smoothens out a bit after a while, but it doesn’t become good in any way. It’s quite alcoholic in the mouth too, but not very warming. Full-bodied, with flavors of fruits and some faint spice notes. Waste of ingredients. 100924

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Amber color. Malty, bready aroma with hints of cinnamon. Malty sweet flavor with toffee and cinnamon. Hints of yeast. The good intentions are there.
