Bottle@Home. Citrus and light grassy aroma. Light hazy, pale yellow colour, white head, good lace. No sweetness, bitter, hint of plastic, hoppy. Light bodied, refreshing.

Small white head. Clear amber body. Grainy buttery caramelly aroma with strawy notes. Dryish grainy resiny buttery taste with resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, fizzy mouthfeel. Dry grainy resiny aftertaste with fruity raisiny candy notes. Nice, but a bit harsh. (0.5l draft at Villi Wäinö, Helsinki.)

Nice beer, with a balanced bitterness, but not very complex. Very short finish.

Nice finnish beer with good balance. This spelt doesn’t make very big difference there, still some unique vibration.

Bottle, many thanks to rosenbergh. Dark golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hints of lemon. Taste, caramel, honey, malt, lemon, red fruits, nice bitterness in background. Long bitter finish. Good, easy drinkable beer.

Not my taste, this beer made of spelt so good for people who cant drink normal beer! !

Bottle. Pours a slighty reddish, bright amber with a small, large-bubbled, white head. Aroma is sour wheat, tones of grainy malt. Taste is strongly wheaty, somewhat sour, tones of soap and grapefruit in the middle, finish is strongly malty, grain and caramel, some wheat, breadiness. Palate is light, not watery, somewhat carbonated. A bit one-dimensional, but very enjoyable as well as sessionable. Maybe too much so, it goes down real easy.

Pours pale clear copper colour with medium head. Aroma of grass, mild hoppy lemon, light grain and malts, some yeast and mild spices. Flavour of citrus, dry hay, bread, herbs and some leather. Strong CO2, crisp and bitter palate with a dry finish.

Bottle @ chriso. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

Bottle. The spelt makes this beer quite light. That in combination with the crisp hops makes this into a very drinkable beer. Maybe a little thin.

ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Light hazy gold beer, good off white head. Light dry sweetish malt. Not much else going on here. Dry finish. Boring.
