Bottle. High creamy lasting off-white head. Slightly cloudy orange head. Mild but not sweet malty grassy aroma with apple pear and peach. Sweet malt caramel honeylike flavor. Little hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Short sweet finish. OK but a bit boring.

Slightly hazy orange, almost no head. Grains with a little sour kick in taste. Pilsner malts probably.. with spelt added. Metallic notes. Watery palate. Herbal and grassy hops for finish. It’s ok.

2.2.2014. Vaaleahko, punertava. Miedossa tuoksussa pääosin mallasta. Maku myös pääosin mallasta, hieman humalaa. Maltainen aika maistuva olut, kuitenkin hieman yksitoikkoinen ja tunkkainen.

Taste is sour with some sweet notes, mild citrus, pretty tastless. Over medium carbonation. Light to medium body. Nothin special. Summertime beer maybe.

At a tasting, thanks hermod, medium bubbly head, cloudy deepish orange color, stinky sulphurous aroma at first, then the rye comes to the fore, flavor of rye and smoke with some herbal notes, quite fizzy. Drinkable but not too exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Hazy deep gold with a big frothy white head. Aroma of rye spiciness, malt, some fruitiness and some metal/minerals. Sweetish flavor with rye, minerals, a fruity note, light phenolic smokiness and drier finish with a bitterish note. Medium-bodied.

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, stable of-white head, slightly sweetish fruity 8maybe dried fruits9 and grainy nose with a caramelly-toasty touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied and a bit tart; lingering bitter-grainy finish with some hoppy edges. surprise! A pleasant speciality grain, far better than expected...

Body is rather thin. Finish is some sourness and dry bitter with metallic notes. Overall: not bad, but not good either.
