Bottle. High creamy lasting off-white head. Slightly cloudy orange head. Mild but not sweet malty grassy aroma with apple pear and peach. Sweet malt caramel honeylike flavor. Little hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Short sweet finish. OK but a bit boring.

Finwe (392) - Grankulla, FINLAND - APR 17, 2014
500ml bottle at the brewery, courtesy of the owner. Pours golden orange with a slightly off-white head. Aroma has some fruity hops and malty sweetness with some nutty tones. The flavour is malty with tones typical to Münchener and Crystal/Caramel malts, along with grassy and fruity hops and bitterness. The finish is caramel malty with hoppy tones.

Idiosynkrasie (3236) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - APR 15, 2014
500ml bottle. Clear, deep golden to amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, not really lacing, white head. Rather expressionless grainy aroma, cautious floral hoppy overtones. Taste is dry, grainy, cautious floral hoppy overtones, a minimally soapy touch. Simple, monotonous, anaemic.

TheCellarer (32) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 28, 2014
.5 litre bottle brought from Hetta by Elisabeth and rated at Porcelain Jubilee Session in Tromsø. Somewhat cloudy amber body with a large head that leaves good lacing when it disappears. One-dimensional but strong aroma of citrus fruits and citrus oil. Flavour is considerably weaker than aroma, but also of citrus. Palate is watered and slightly unpleasant. Overall, not much to speak of.

Flaska@Ciderella. Bärnstensfärgad vätska med mycket massivt skum. Doftar just ingenting. Vilket matchas perfekt med smaken som i stort är menlös.

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is faintly spiced, with some caramel. Not bad, and not much of it. The flavor is malty with a cellar hint. Caramel and a light fruityness chimes in, and there’s also some bitterness both initially and in the end. Medium body. Mostly fruity finish. An easy drinkable and quite tasteful beer, but also pretty boring and uninteresting. 130508

50 cl brown bottle, abv 4.5, 25 ebu, 10.5grades, bought at K Kilpishalli Finland. Soapy head diminished on the golden brown body. Weak scents of grass, faint malts. Tastes brown malts, some spices, notes of roasted malts. Mouthfeel soft, little bitterness and easy to drink. Ends with roasted malts, dark bread, bun dough, nuts. Interesting, made on spelt / dinkel wheat malts, and the result is not bad.
