Draught at SOPP 2011, Helsinki, Finland. As Olutpostin Vehnäolut.
Cloudy pale golden colour with small white head. Sweet candy, wheat, sweet fruitiness and mild citrus in aroma. Wheat, dry hops and some mild caramel in flavour. Quite strong dry hoppy flavour for a Weizen. Dry hops in aftertaste.

Pours clear orange color with minimal head. Aroma of apricot, saison-like lemon, some yeast and distant grass. Flavor of apricot, yeasty lemon and faint honey notes. Lightly carbonated palate with a lemony tangy finish. A bit saison-like hefe.

Draught at SOPP2011, Helsinki. Bright golden color. Perfumy and peppery aroma with coriander. Dry spicy flavor with sausage like coriander and honey. The spiciness is upfront and not that pleasant.

Draught @SOPP 2011. Hazy orange, white thin head. Wheat, orange and coriander aroma. Flavor similar, slightly sour. Felt much more like a belgian witbier than a german hefeweizen IMO.

Tap @ SOPP Helsinki as OlutPostin Vehnäolut. Pours clear golden with a small white head leaving lace. Aroma is clean malty, hoppy, hay, yeasty and wheaty. Flavor much like the aroma. Apples and perry. Finishes fruity and pleasantly bitter.

Clear golden color, small white head.Light wheaty banana aroma. Light bodied. A bit grassy hoppy, wheaty, slightly tart flavor. Some vegetables also in the finish. Not very interesting.

On tap at Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Poured amber in colour with minimal head. Quite malty, buttery and slight fruity in aroma. Yeast, butter and grain in flavour. Felt more like a kristallweizen.

Pours a dark hazy colour with a lacy, thick head which collapses quickly. Aroma of strong floral hops, caramel and yeast. Flavour of caramel, yeast, wheat, citrus, hops and some hay. Quite nicely hopped and this truly is more of a Saison than a Hefeweizen. Summery and refreshing as well.

Some stale yeast in the aroma. Flavour has some yastiness but bubblegum too. The usual banana flavour for this style is missing completely, this has apricot instead. Tastes a bit saison too. Nice and hoppy hefe.

Draught at Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Hazy amber, minmal head. Aroma of butter and strawberry. Mid sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Some medicinal phenols, just slight notes of banana. Low bitterness. A weizen with restrained yeast character.
