Bottle from brewery, BBE 02/07/13. Pours a dark auburn brown with an almost non-existent head. Aroma is fruity, caramel and nutty. Some bready malt there as well. Rather light, quite bitter-like though drier and darker. Taste is again quite fruity, somewhat nutty, some grapefruit, bready malts. Finish has wooden notes along with grapefruit. Feels a lot like a dry dunkel. Light, stingy, well carbonated. A bit watery unfortunately. Alright, but could perhaps be either earthier and nuttier or hoppier. And a bit stiffer, a bit watery now.

Hieno pullo. Aromi lupaa paljon. Mutta vetinen on olemus ja suutuntuma. Ohut ja laiha vaikka perusmaku on hyvä.

50cl bottle. Got the bottle as a gift, and to my surprise I had not rated this one yet. Pours deep brown, thin offwhite head. Aroma of chocolate, dark bread, malt and some roasted malt. Flavor has roasted malt, dark bread, hint of chocolate and hops. Finish is malty with some chocolate notes. Thin bodied, but overall quite nice.

Brown, some white persistant foam. Bread, nuts, caramel. Medium sweetness. A typical brown ale, rather mild, therefore not too exciting but enjoyable.
