Ungstrup (28448) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 11, 2014
Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, brettanomyces, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Dry grass, barnyard, white grapes, fruit stack, light biscuit. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonaton, medium sweet and light sour. Refreshing and drinkable. The muscatel evades me, though, unless I try hard.
