COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beerssons D.I.P.A.

FatPhil (9405) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 13, 2012
Bottle (SBWF2012)
Rich roasty aroma - sugary caramel. A bit dull in the mouth. Caramel smothers the hops. It doesn’t feel over 7% when in the mouth just drinking normally, as the sugars have cmothered the alcohol too, but if you breathe over the beer the alcohol does come out quite clearly. Nowhere near as good as their plain Beerson IPA.

Bottle at BA in Örebro. It poured a slightly hazy dark amber liquid with a small dirty white head. Smell of soap and perfume. Very mild taste with some light malts and hops, very mild bitterness for the style. A far to mild beer for a DIPA, tasted more like a weak APA.
