Clear golden color, big fluffy white head. Sweet, spicy, alcohol, fresh scent. Sweet, spicy, herbal, bitter taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Yeasty, spicy aftertaste.

Draught at GBWF 2013. CLear golden, large white head. Peppery aroma with notes of orange. Light to medium bodied, medium to high carbonation. Dry, with medium, chalky bitterness.

Draught (Man in the Moon, Stockholm) - Amber in colour. Apricot, sultanas and spice in the aroma. Fruity and yeasty taste with notes of spice, dried fruit and apricot. Fairly refreshing.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, 20130313) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had Belgian style yeast, hops and cowhouse. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were Belgian style yeast, hops, spiciness, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste fruity, spicy and bitter. The generic Belgian style yeast flavour was a bit too dominating compared with the spiciness and hops. Still a decent saison.

On tap @Linköping Beer Expo 2013. Aroma malty, tangy, generally pleasant. Taste is tangy with the malt toned down. Balanced.

Draught. Clear golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of lemons, grain, white pepper, bubblegum, noble hops and bread. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of grain, lemons and white pepper. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Balanced and well tasting.

Linköping Beer Expo 2013. Clear yellow beer with a small white head. Fruity aroma, perfume, grapefruit, citrus, grapes, woody notes, floral. Floral citrus flavor, caramel, biscuits, hay, floral, banana, funky notes. Fruity floral finish with hay, citrus, some perfume.

Draught at Ardbeg Embassy, Stockholm. Hazy golden, rich creamy head. Fruity nose with some marzipan. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Slightly spicy with plenty of marzipan and rip pears. Drier finish with low bitterness.

Almost clear golden with a white head. Rather sweet aroma and taste with light spices, barnyard, malt and some fruit. Smooth mouthfeel with a dry finish. An ok beer.
