Bottle @SWBF12, rated from backlog. Hazy yellow with nice white head. Aroma fruity and acidic with citrus, grapefruit and green apple notes. Taste is well balanced between sweetness and acidity, fruity and tart with green apples, grapes, grass, hay with a dry finish. Also, nice bottle visually

Hazy golden color, small white head. Acidic, sour, oak scent. Acidic, a bit sweet, red currants, a bit salty, nice taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Ljust gul, dimmig öl med ett lätt bubbligt vitt skum. Doften är äpplen, citrus och lätt brettighet. Balans mellan sötma och syra i smaken. En bra instegslambic.

Light hazy golden colour with low head. Fruity, acidic aroma with brett, green apples, grapefruit in nose. Medium sweet and tart with brett, green apples and a light touch of vinegar. Pretty big body for the style. Great beer!

From a bottle at GBWF 2013. Clear golden, small white head. Fresh grapefruit and green apple aroma with some honeysih funky notes. Dry with medium acidity.

Looking like a classic belgian lambic, hazy light yellow hay color with a white head. Aroma: funky, hay, bretty lemon, barnyard, sour. Nice! Taste: medium sour with funky fruity notes, some hay and othe rclassic lambic components. Impressed!

Cloudy blond color, generous head. The aroma is very sour, lemony, with traces of bread, yeast, hazelnuts, chemicals. Smooth mouthfeel, with moderate sourness and good lemony touch, followed by Bretts and a good cellar character. Reasonably balanced.
Actually, it’s quite good.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2012) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, acidic nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grapes and green apples. Fruity, tart taste with green apples, grapes, grass, hay and a fairly mild acidity in a dry finish. Medium body, low bitterness. Tasty, interesting and well balanced. Quite a good shot at the style.
