Sample @ GPF 2011, Gothenburg. Dark beer with a beige head. Of course a lot of coffe aroma and flavour. Has a nice balance and I enjoyed it a lot.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a black color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a roasted malty coffee aroma with hints of chocoalte. Roasted malty bitter chocolate and coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty bitter coffee finish.

Draught @ Malmö Brygghus, Bergsgatan 33, 214 22 Malmö, Sweden.
Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, sweet coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long long duration, coffee, sweet coffee, malt bitter - coffee bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Almost black with a beige head.
Aroma: espresso, some coffee grounds, chocolate.
Taste: chocolate, coffee (espresso and coffee grounds), quite sweet.

Draft@Porterfestival in Gothenburg: Dark red colour, with a flat head. Aroma had lots of coffe,,fruity(Bitternes) cold coffee it reminds of.Flavor had dominated mouthfeeling of coffee, coffee beans and some sweet maltynes, dry fruity finish.

F: sourish coffey, cholcoate powder, wee sugary - new rating 3,5, since new reicpe go only for new rating!

On-tap. Porterfestivalen Gbg 2011. Black colour with a pale brown head. Lots of coffee, roasted, a bit sourish, lactic, alcohol. Sweet, but with a dry finish. Good, but could be a bit more balanced and less sourish.

On tap. Clear dark brown with a warm reddish hue and a creamy beige head leaving laces. Distinctly sweet coffee aroma. Quite full-bodied, very sweet roast and caramel with intense coffee notes. Some burned malty bitterness in the finish, but the sweetness dominates. 301011

Black beer with a beige head. Coffee and cocoa aroma, roasted, malty, a bit bitter. Coffee flavor, bitter, sourish, dry, cocoa notes, some tar. Too much coffee in the finish to deserve a higher rating.
