Draft @ the source in Malmö, sampler tray. Dorée, foin, trouble léger, col blanc. Arôme de levure, agrumes, citronné et pelure orange, pointe d’épice. Palais restitue ce style belge typique, épais froment, citronné et levure avec un léger grains biscuité. Fine amertume en fin de bouche couplé à un ajout coriandre subtile. Légère et facile à boire.

Smak och doft av humle, malt, citrus, aprikos, örter och jäst. Frisk, lagom söt med en aning för stor beska.

On tap at the Brewpub in December 2012. Hazy golden/yellow with a small white head. Aroma and taste of coriander, some citrus, wheat and malt. Refreshing and easy to drink. Would love to try this in the summer.

In short: A standard slim, refreshing and slightly spicy wibier with plenty of bananas. Decent example of this simple style

The look: Cloudy yellow-blond body topped by a medium white head with medium retention
In long: Nose has the expected bananas esters with light spiciness that was coriander and something ginger-ish. Taste has a medium amount of crisp wheat, a mild acidity, young greenish-yellow bananas, mild spiciness (coriander, nutmeg, ginger). Body is thin but not watery. This is inoffensive, refreshing and easy to drink, just like most beers of its style, this is pretty much what I expect from a basic witbier. It deserves a bit better than its current lame ratings, this is good beer but it is not a bad beer either. I was so thirsty for beer in Stockholm that I was thankful to bartenders selling me overpriced ordinary beers like this one, I think I’ve just redefined the Stockholm Syndrome.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2012) - Hazy golden. Spicy aroma with banana, lemon, and orange. Spicy and slightly tart taste with notes of banana, spice and lemon.

Draught. Poured yellow, hazy, huge white head. Aroma has some sulphur, spices and wheat. Flavor has wheat, heavy spicy. Smooth, mild, very dry finish. Aroma was a bit off, but the flavor was very true to its style and enjoyable.

Draught at Ölrepubliken, Göteborg, Sweden. Shady golden, medium white head. Spicy and earthy aroma, some floral hops. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry with medium bitterness.

Sampled draught at the brewpub. Clear yellow white head. Peppery citric aroma with pomerance. Sweet and rather stale with estery yeastiness; clove and bananas. More weiss than wit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A bit light for me. Light esters, and I prefer something more pronounced. Almost fruity rather than cloves. A bit more lemony than anything. Quite refreshing but would prefer a bit more body

On tap at Brygghuset. Hazy yellow, white head. Typical witbeer aroma, cloves yeast, citrus, coriander. MIld bitterness and finish, refreshing.
