This beer starts out OK. Aroma has a sligh sourness, but otherwise clean. The problem is that as you drink it, it gets more and more sour. Very malty brew and would be a very good brew if it wasn't for what I believe is a Lacto Bacillus infection. Tasted just like my last doppelbock that I made (what a disaster!). Very unfortunate from what I was told was a very good brewery.
