Bottle, bought @ Mylius-Eriksens brewery, Ringkøbing.
Pours nice, clear red with a big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeast, light pepper, caramel and spices. Highish carbonation, fine dryness, but a bit too light mouthfeel. Flavour is quite weak, light red berries, mild dryness. Okay balanced, but there just really isn’t that much of anything.

Bottle. Hazy brown/orange with medium tan head. Flavour is malt, spices, herbs, caramel, fruit and nuts.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. MOderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Some caramellic notes. Creamy palate. Nice.

Amber coloured and hazy. Has an almost white head, medium duration. Malty aroma, some spicy notes too. Flavor starts sweet, herbal notes, red berries, moderate bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy red amber with a big lasting off-white head. Aroma is with notes of malt, hops, caramel and fruit. Taste is sweet and and carbonation is soft and palate is oily.

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of Brugmansia. It pours quite flat, no evident carbonation and a minimal sized head that disappears rather quickly. Weak nose with a herbal touch. Some malts and caramel too. Flat in the mouth, weak flavor with caramel and a herbal touch. A quite dull one, but without any off-flavors. Drinks easy though, but too flat. 110129
