Bottle 50cl @Kaufland, a cloudy brown beer with medium head. Nose is on caramel and grain. Aroma is on brown malt and caramel, weizen notes are low, near to a cocacola, good but less complex, low wheat notes.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of banana with a hint of bread. Thin and slightly sour grain and banana flavour.

Bierkrug (2108) - Garmisch-Partenkirchen (In USA), Bavaria, GERMANY - APR 20, 2011
500 ml bottle in Germany. Pours a murky dark brown with a very fast to exit tan head. Aroma is citrus, malt and burnt bananas. the taste is kind of like putting an A cup bra on Dolly Parton. It just does not fit. It is too swet and fizzy and little character. Palate is thin but leaves my mouth numb.

Sampled at a gas station outside of Stuttgart. I really enjoyed. Served cold and it came out nice with a pretty good head and a dark hue. A pretty well made dark hefe.

Bottle 0,5l. Thanks to Rune! Brown colored. A medium sized tanned creamy head that vanished. Hazy. Modest aroma of citrus. Swet fruity flavor with some malt. A bit too carbonated. Some fruity bitterness in the aftertaste.

One of the best beer of all time. Haven’t seen it since I moved back to the states though =(
