#34 Bottle 75 cl. [Mafioso testing @ yespr, thanks buddy] Huge thick and creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Excellent lacework. Light cloudy amber color with particles in flow. Aroma of fruit, citrus, metallic, hint of grain. Over the palate came mild spice. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light to moderated sweet flavor with acidic notes. Fruity and spicy sour finish. 5 / 3 / 4 / 2 / 11 = 2.5

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge light tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of berries. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of berries, lending it a bit of acidity, leading to a dry ans slightly tart finish, where the note of berries lingers. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy amber golden with a dense off-white head leaving some lacework. Aroma of fruit and a whiff of yeast. Medium body with light fruity accents and a vague underlying acidity. The finish is short and dry. 290508

Light unclear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cabbage, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, vinegar with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (300508)

[Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 34#] Hazy dark amber with large off white head. Sourish aroma with toasted malt and caramel. Sour flavor with toasted malt, caramel and berries. Ends sour. Clearly infected.

Blind tasting @ Yespr. Red-brown with a creamy head. The aroma is sour with notes of apple, orange peel and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and a sharp, tart sourness, notes of malt and candy sugar. It’s very unbalanced and must be infected.

Bottle#34: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy redish with a collapsing off-white head. Mild yeasty and spiced aroma. Shows a light note of infection. Flavour is sweet caramel malt with a light citric touch throughout. Mild yeasty touch towards the finish. Citric bite into the finish, sadly also infected.

Hazy dark amber color. A bit of hop aroma, also soapy and with citrus fruits. Quite good caramel and malt flavor, but spoiled by a light sourness/infection; also some vegetables.

La birra numero trentaquattro de la degustazione cieco in casa di yespr. Botella grande. Hazy amber-red colour with a medium fairly well lasting creamy beige head. Aroma of some metal, caramel, spice and malt. The flavour is slightly sour with well toasted malt, caramel, some smoke and bit of spice.
