<i>Bottle from Birratrovo, Como</i>
Cloudy dark amber color; generous head. There is a very nice aroma, that starts with European hops, changing quickly into American hops, with delicate perfume of orange peel; but also a hint of yeast. Indeed there is more yeast flavor; caramel flavor, with a dry mouthfeel (combination of the yeast and bitterness), a bit harsh and with a little astringency; the hop comes with a lot of bitter oranges. Long final, with hop oils and a strong character, quite harsh. Very good IPA.

Bottle. Cloudy amber body with a creamy off white head. The aroma is fruit, dry hops, light yeast, citrus and light peach. The flavour is citrus, fruit, light yeast and ends up quite dry and bitter.

Bottle at T&Ms. Pours a hazy orange with an off-white head. Sweet with some bitterness. Some yeasty aromas. Quite hoppy. Medium bodied. Medium to high carbonation. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottle at home - thanks to Thomas. Clear amber/golden - white head. Medium hoppy, medium malty, dry yeasty, wierd yeasty, peppery, soapy, medium malty. Nice.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear amber coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, grape fruits and pine needles. Fruity flavour of caramel, dried fruits, grape fruits, hops and pine needles. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of flowery and grapefruity hops as well as lighter notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, elderflowers, and some caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dense with a dense and lacing off-white head. The nose has lovely grapefruit accents. Medium body, heavy carbonation with a little sweet malt and fruit with loads of citric and aromatic hops. Ends dry and hoppy. 100910

Cloudy amber with a medium beige head. Hoppy aroma with malt and fruity notes. Hoppy flavour with pine, grapefruits and malty hints. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottled@blindtasting at fonefan. Deep golden colour with funny stuff floating around and small off-white foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, toffee, wood, spices and yeast. Flavour is rather bitter hoppy along with caramel and toffee. Big hoppy dry finish.
