COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La Bianca si presenta leggermente velata, di colore dorato chiaro, con una schiuma candida e persistente. L’aroma fine e un po’ agrumato non proviene da speziature o aromatizzazioni ma è ottenuto grazie alla scelta accurata di lievito e luppoli.In bocca e’ subito evidente il palato morbido caratteristico del frumento; il corpo snello, l’amaricatura lieve ma avvertibile e un finale pulito contribuiscono poi a sensazioni piacevolmente rinfrescanti. Una birra beverina ma con gusto e carattere, dissetante e piacevole in tutte le occasioni. abbinamenti Primi piatti con condimenti leggeri, pesce al cartoccio, carni bianche, torte di verdure, pasticceria secca. noteLa birra è prodotta con malto pils, frumento ed avena. hazy yellow smooth white head nice citrussy flower aroma. spicy. dry. a little like a belgian blonde but more mellow and sweeter. flavor is dry spicy yellow fruity. very nice.

Pours hazy yellow, small floaties and a little creamy, white head. Aroma has citrus, wheat, light bretty hops touch. Medium carbonation, dry and kinda watery palate. Flavour is relatively dry, light wheat sweetness and some citric bitterness. Okay, but a tad too dull - especially considering the price.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, citrus, spicy, coriander. Bottled. An unclear with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of spices, leading to a dry finish.
