Probably this is one of the best blanche in the world. In the middle from a blanche and a blond-ale. clean yellow colour with a very small not-persistent white head. Simple aromas. in the mouth it isn’t like the 90% of blanche, without citrus and only a bit of hop, the result is a blanche nice, quitly sweet and very drinkable with a great game of malts. Let’s go Maltus!

Colore giallo dorato chiaro,la schiuma è bianca e persistente.Aroma di luppolo con sentori di agrumi e spezie.In bocca è fresca come di agrume,sentori di cereali.Ha un certo amaro che la rende estremamente piacevole.La bottiglia da 75 cl. è stata consumata con gusto.Devo ricomprarne altra!

Alla spina a Pasturana, apprezzata moltissimo!! Una blanche decisamente originale ed estremamente beverina, ha un buon amaro (caratteristica non comune in questo stile); devo scappare a studiare come azz faccio.

The first batches were already good and interesting but now the beer has even improved. The spicy-citrusy aroma is clear but not aggressive. The palate given by is clear but in a different context with respect to more typical white beers, there is a quite discernable bitterness, though smoother than in previous versions. Watery to the exact point needed for drinkability, the finish is not overly long but enough to leave you with the desire of another sip/glass/bottle. No element is over the top but a great balanced and enjoyable beer.

chiara buona schiuma piuttosto persistente note agrumate leggero acidulo in bocca quasi speziata agrumata fresca con un finale amarognolo

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is brett leathery and slight grassy. Brett, citrusy and orange fruity. Lingering yeasty and slight orange ot peachy fruity hops. Mellow finish.

Bottle at brewery. Pours slight unclear yellow with a small white head and lacings. Fresh, dry, herbal and hoppy. Smooth palate. Fine balance. Very enjoyable.

nice citrussy flower aroma. spicy. dry. a little like a belgian blonde but more mellow and sweeter.
flavor is dry spicy yellow fruity. very nice.

Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma was dry with orange peel, wheat and brett.bone dry flavor with wheat, brett and leather. Finished very dry and slightly bitter.

Versa color giallo paglierino, con poca schiuma. Il profumo è molto buono, il sapore è un pò sciapo, forse mi aspettavo di più. E’ una buona birra ma resta la Maltus Faber che mi è piaciuta di meno
