Bottled. Cloudy orange, brief head. Fruity perfumy nose. Mid-sweet with medium body. Interesting yeastyflavour of dried apricots and seville orange marmelade. Orvallish, but bigger and less spritzy with herbal hops and marked fruitiness. Good late piney bitterness. Lovely complex ale, damn close to fantastic!

Bottle in Erbe 28, Genoa. Cloudy brown beer, tidy off white head. Crisp palate, fine carbonation. Malty! A lot of caramel that tastes slightly aged. Some nice fruits underneath. Dry finish with mild bitterness. Alright but maybe a bit too much with the malt.

Not my favourite Xmas beer, but another time, a good beer from this incredible brewery. Maybe, a bit too watery and with a quite carachter for me, but if you want a nice beer to drink in good company in front of the xmas tree it’s right! Another must to try. support this brewery. Very nice colour. taste is moderately sweet but balanced, and at the nose is soft but again nice. cheers!

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks MMM!). Honeyish golden colour with a small off-white creamy head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is slight spices with some raisins, plum and fruityness. Flavour is tropical fruits, some raisins, mild spices, caramel malts and some light bitterness along with all this in the finish. Not very much Christmas in this one...

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of Dedollewaitor. It pours an almost clear, orange-golden body under a small, off-white head. Quite weak on the nose, with raisins and peaches the most evident aromas. Slightly sourish flavor with some caramel. Tropical fruits and sweetness as well. Medium body. Warming finish with fruits and some bitterness. Initially a rather boring and uninteresting, but it soon gets quite interesting. 090822

Clear light to medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090822]
