MUST TO TRY! a great belgian blond ale from the italian westcoast. yellow/orange in colour with a touch of white foam. very hoppy but balanced with the malts. it has got also a nice fruity touch and spicy notes. This brewery doesen’t brew beers, but only masterpieces! enjoy!

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, coriander notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Hazy yellow-golden with a fine, staying,frothy, white head. Aroma has lemons, grainy ans sweet malts, light milky and some fruity esters. Medium carbonation, great dry mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, herbal, grassy bitter. Softly grainy. Long, lingering citric and peachy bitterness. Extremely elegant and well-composed.
