On tap @ il Giusto Gusto. Interessante Tripel italiana. il profumo è fruttato , con aroma prevalente di agrumi dolci (mandarini) e lievito. Colore ambrato, schiuma bianca compatta. Carbonatazione un pelo carente , ma accettabile.
gusto in linea coi profumi, dolciastro alcolico ,ma piacevolemente agrumato.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 JK (3989) - Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 7, 2012
Purchased at Johnny’s Off License, Vatican area, April 2009. I think the photo is my bottle. It is one of the prettiest bottles of any beer around. Opaque orange appearance, with a sizeable white head. It has the Italian/Belgian yeast quality found in so many of these Italian made Belgian styles. Sweet with sugar, and light spice. This is a good tripel. Enough alcohol, but not so much that I smell or taste it, and that is how I prefer my tripel.

A very nice tripel!!! fruity, very enjoyable, very drinkable. The nose is excellent with clementine/yeast...in the mouth again the fruity note with other tastes of citrus, spices, yeast, alcol...aftertaste a bit bitter. Good body. SUPPORT!

Thanks to JK
Pour is hazy light orange/gold
sour mealy apple aroma back by a light biscuity malt.
flavour was medium sweet malt, and malted wheat tones. bit of ’dirtiness’ to it? Lemony fruitiness.
Bleh, sup par tripel for me. Definitely interesting to try though...

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 Labove (411) - Rome, ITALY - OCT 6, 2011
Una grande tripel, fruttata e speziata, complessa, ma con un bel finale secco e un corpo non eccessivo. A me piace da matti!
