Maltus Faber Triple Blonde

75cl bottle @ Brewery. Pours unclear golden with a fine lasting white head and lacings. Fruity, sticky, yeasty, herbal, smooth. Warmth from alcohol. Rather simple but very tasty.

Assaggiata in bottiglia a Pasturana (grazie Massimo), è una tripel notevolissima, direi fra le migliori rappresentanti dello stile in Italia attualmente. Peccato che ero un po’ cotto quando l’ho bevuta (il giorno prima era stato abbastanza denso di bagordi)

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Hazy amber golden with floating impurities and a small off-white head. Aroma of yeast, fruit and phenols. Medium body, yeast and fruit. Sweetish finish - again with some phenols present. 260309

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with an almost fully diminished white head. Dry malty, phenolic and yeasty aroma. Sweet malty, yeasty and phenolic flavoured with a light spice note. Sweet, malty and fruity finish. Medium dry and persisting phenolic finish.

Quite a gusher, cloudy amber color; small head. Nice spicy aroma, coriander. Good body strength, malt flavor, spicyness from the yeast, a bit yeasty. Quite strong bitterness. Solid and well brewed.

Colore giallo dorato,una discreta schuma,aroma speziato e un pò alcolico,con richiami di agrume.Bevuta mangiando farinata con le cipolline come accompagnamento.Buona.E da riprovare.

Bottle from a tutta Birra, Milan. Slow, big bubbles. Dark goldn not Blonde. Fruity, Belgian yeast. Lovely full palate. Peaches, apricots, a perfect match for some Parmesan cheese. Quite sweet, with more hops it would be even better.

oro buona schiuma non molto persistente note leggermente speziate fruttate in bocca malto speziatura lieve buona lupolatura un po dui etilico ma manca un taglio secco del luppolo
