75cl bottle @ Brewery. Pours unclear golden with a fine lasting white head and lacings. Fruity, sticky, yeasty, herbal, smooth. Warmth from alcohol. Rather simple but very tasty.

Quite a gusher, cloudy amber color; small head. Nice spicy aroma, coriander. Good body strength, malt flavor, spicyness from the yeast, a bit yeasty. Quite strong bitterness. Solid and well brewed.

Bottle from a tutta Birra, Milan. Slow, big bubbles. Dark goldn not Blonde. Fruity, Belgian yeast. Lovely full palate. Peaches, apricots, a perfect match for some Parmesan cheese. Quite sweet, with more hops it would be even better.

My Bottom Line:
This Tripel boasts sugary cereals, herbal hoppiness and yeasty proclivities in an effervescent, fluffy vehicle. With a little more refinement in the malt structure, this could become as desirable as their wonderful Blonde.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the pale amber.
-Mild alcohol heat remains throughout.
-This is quite drinkable for its strength.
-The sweetness and the malt flavors don’t quite gel; to my tastebuds anyway.
-The yeast is lightly spicy, almost peppery.
-The herbal hop finish is bright and engaging.

Bottle; merci Massimo et Fausto!!

The slightly spicy aroma promises some sweetness, that is confrmed in the mouth where it is soon balanced by a clear hoppy bitter note. On the smoother side of the triple style. In this bottle a very slight yeasty favour, quite within the limits of acceptable though, detracts from perfection so it is "only" quite good.
