Riassaggiata innumerevoli volte, davvero buona

Buona tripel made in italy, ben strutturata e gradevole.

[ Trade by Dedollewaitor ]. Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, leather, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, a spicy - peppery - alcoholic finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091117]

Bottle from Bir & Fud. Hazy orangey amber with a small head. Orange fruit aroma. Decent orange fruit and spices flavours, well-balanced. Liqueurish. Potent fruitiness that makes this beer more like a Belgian Christmas ale than a Westmalle-like tripel.

75cl bottle @ Brewery. Pours unclear golden with a fine lasting white head and lacings. Fruity, sticky, yeasty, herbal, smooth. Warmth from alcohol. Rather simple but very tasty.

Quite a gusher, cloudy amber color; small head. Nice spicy aroma, coriander. Good body strength, malt flavor, spicyness from the yeast, a bit yeasty. Quite strong bitterness. Solid and well brewed.
