Golden yellow, with pale light white thick and persistent foam. Striking scent of citrus fruits with an hint of yeast: near to a young white wine. Citrus fruit comes again when tasting, followed by malt and yeast again. Perceptible bitterness, good when drinking, but a bit too much lasting. A very good beer anyway.

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2014 75 cl in teku. Pours a medium creamy and dense white head, deep golden hazy colour. Smells grainy, yeasty, spicy, great aromatic hops and belgian aroma. Tastes both malty and hoppy, orange citrusy, fruity peach, cheesy, bready, very yeasty and belgian again; initially fruity sweet, that suddenly becomes a typical belgian medium bitter. Soft to average carbonation, medium bodied, great mouth persistency. What a great tripe I’ve to say!! Perfect bitter/sweet aromony, great yeasty and refreshing character, Solid Brew

Bell’esempio di Triple. Bel colore giallo carico, bella schiuma bianca e cremosa. Profumi di frutta e spezie (lievito). Buon corpo, anche se un po’ leggero per il tipo di birra. Buon equilibrio fra spezie, frutta, amaro e dolcezza. L’alcol è ben nascosto nonostante la gradazione.

Spina @il giusto gusto. Chiara con schiuma abbastanza persistente. Buon corpo, non troppo decisa, delicata, erbacea. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

Tap at Open Baladin, 10/02/13. Hazed pale blonde with a thin white head. Nose is yeast, citrus fruits, lemon rind, spice. Taste comprises pale malt, lemon rind, grass, spice, yeast esters. Medium bodied with bite, moderate carbonation. Pretty mediocre stuff - didn’t inpsire me enough to have again!

Purchased at Johnny’s Off License, Vatican area, April 2009. I think the photo is my bottle. It is one of the prettiest bottles of any beer around. Opaque orange appearance, with a sizeable white head. It has the Italian/Belgian yeast quality found in so many of these Italian made Belgian styles. Sweet with sugar, and light spice. This is a good tripel. Enough alcohol, but not so much that I smell or taste it, and that is how I prefer my tripel.

Skyview V, 11/11/11. Courtesy of JK. Hazy orange color with no head. Dusty hay and light orange aroma. Light sugary flavor. Very wheaty. Some floral hop notes. Dry finish.

A very nice tripel!!! fruity, very enjoyable, very drinkable. The nose is excellent with clementine/yeast...in the mouth again the fruity note with other tastes of citrus, spices, yeast, alcol...aftertaste a bit bitter. Good body. SUPPORT!
