Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham on 28th December 2009. Hazy amber with a thin decaying off white head. Hoppy and pungent at the same time with some malty molasses notes. Rounded finish on an agreeable mouthfeel that supports brisk drinking.

Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, mandarin notes, cake - biscuit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100116]

Golden coloured slightly sweet on the palate and malty with a little dryness in a crisp and bitter finish. 2. Cask Stillage from the Outside Marquee at the Prince Of Wales, Foxfield 02/10/2010 Fruity aroma. Golden coloured fruity and hoppy with a hint of bitterness in a dry and slightly peppery malt finish.
